Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Rally, etc. A self-starter that enjoys owning an effort and driving it to completion. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including strong presentation skills Enthusiastic team-player. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal skills including negotiation, problem resolution, and customer service. Flexibility and adaptability to adjust and alter approach promptly and efficiently, when needed. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and programs. Ability to quickly understand the scope of the project and identify key success and risk factors. Understanding of how back-end and web-based systems interface with each other. Responsibilities Serves as the primary liaison between business and engineering, leading technology discussions with business stakeholders regarding schedule and priority. Manages across Product, engineering, design, and business to plan and execute product roadmap, overseeing product development stages from Discovery through to Hypercare and ongoing maintenance . Manages the backlog of requirements and establishes prioritization in-line with business objectives and timelines. Manages and communicates milestones and software releases as part of overseeing overall roadmap. Leads quarterly planning meetings and identifies and communicates cross-team dependencies. Proactively seeks to understand each divisions business objectives and how they fit into the overall business and technical strategy. Understands how the business objectives intersect with technology and translates those objectives into functional requirements. Anticipates business needs and potential product issues before they arise. Remains apprised of agile and product best practices, as well as competitors.
