This role involves leading teams, mentoring developers, ensuring code quality, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to meet project goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in JavaScript technologies, along with hands-on experience in native mobile development and performance optimization.Key Responsibilities Lead the design, development, and deployment of responsive, pixel-perfect web and mobile apps using React Native and React JS. Utilize native APIs to ensure deep platform integration, scalability, and application performance across devices. Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks and bugs to maintain smooth operations. Transition React web applications to React Native, ensuring consistency and high code quality with automated testing. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals. Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, ensuring the stability and performance of applications. Stay informed about emerging technologies and integrate relevant tools and methodologies into projects. Participate actively in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer, with a focus on React Native and React JS. Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies, including ES6+ syntax. Ability to write well-documented, clean JavaScript code. Expertise in third-party dependency management and debugging dependency conflicts. Familiarity with native build tools such as XCode and Gradle. Solid understanding of REST APIs, request models, and offline storage. Knowledge of mobile app development best practices and performance optimization techniques. Experience with automated testing suites, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems (e.g., Git). Understanding of QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) industry requirements is a plus.
