| Hi professionals Good Morning How are you all Hope you all are doing well Below is the JD for the NCDHHS- ITD EPS Full stack Transformation Lead Urgent and Direct client NCDHHS- ITD EPS Full stack Transformation Lead NCDHHS- ITD EPS Full stack Transformation Lead (746396) Remote (NC) 12 months Client seeking a Technical full stack Lead for managing the Transformation and Upgrades to Encounter Processing System. This full stack developer is to serve as an application developer for the NCDHHS in the design, development, maintenance of Web Portal with Angular JEE based applications. Practical experience in building enterprise applications is required. Must have extensive experience in Angular framework in Spring Framework, JUnit4, HTML, XML, JSON, JavaScript, CSS and Gradle is required. Experience in Web Services (REST, SOAP) development is required. Must have back-end REST API development experience. Must have implemented SAML SSO using React and REST API. Must have AWS Cloud experience. Must have GitHub experience. Should have experience using one or more application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat. Good understanding of enterprise architectural patterns including JEE design patterns is required. Good understanding of relational database concepts, specifically Oracle, and software development life cycle is required. Experience in MMIS subsystems is preferred. Individual in this Position is responsible for the design, development and maintenance of mission critical applications. This position involves working with the project manager, project management staff, other members of the project team, and stakeholders. Exhaustive Working knowledge of: Design, develop and maintain web-based solutions using common standards and frameworks such as Angular, React.js, Spring Boot, JAXB, JAX-WS, JAX-RS, JPA, Java EE, Spring framework, Hibernate and MyBatis. Creation and validation of SOAP and REST based clients and web services are desired. Excellent knowledge of web client-side technologies (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS), Java development and build tools is required. Experience in using application servers like WebSphere, Tomcat is a must. Strong understanding of relational database concepts and experience interfacing with and working with databases like Oracle, DB2 and/or MS SQL Server is required. Strong debugging and problem-solving skills and Knowledge of enterprise architectural patterns including JEE design patterns is required. and flowcharts. Cloud deployment is a plus.
