Key Responsibilities: Lead Development & Integration Projects: Design, develop, and manage Oracle Integration Cloud solutions, ensuring smooth integration between various enterprise applications, including ERP, HCM, and third-party systems. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of OIC developers in the design and development of integration flows, providing technical direction and ensuring adherence to best practices. Solution Architecture & Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather integration requirements and design scalable, high-performance solutions that meet business needs. Technical Expertise & Problem-Solving: Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on Oracle Integration Cloud, troubleshooting complex integration issues and providing innovative solutions. Performance Optimization: Ensure that all integration flows are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability. Continuously assess the performance of existing integrations and recommend improvements. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and other developers, to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Integration Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee the testing of integration processes, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing, to ensure robust and error-free solutions. Documentation & Compliance: Ensure that all integration solutions are documented and compliant with company policies, standards, and best practices. Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud technologies and integration trends to bring innovative solutions to the company. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams. Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, complex integration solutions. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and other Oracle Cloud applications. Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and integration patterns (e.g., publish-subscribe, request-response). Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing performance of integration flows. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Qualifications: Oracle OIC Certification. Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
