Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business. Develop project requirements and specifications, ensuring clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. Define project scope and objectives based on both business and technology needs, creating detailed project roadmaps. Analyze data trends to identify areas for improvement, making recommendations based on data-driven insights. Work with cross-functional teams to develop solutions, optimize processes, and improve the customer experience. Prepare business case documents, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making. Create and maintain process flows, business rules, and functional specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that project deliverables meet requirements and provide value to stakeholders. Assist with training and post-implementation support, ensuring successful adoption of new processes or systems. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, methodologies, and technologies that could enhance business performance.
