| Hello all, Please share the suitable profiles for below role Job Title: Business Objects Developer Location: Remote Job Type: [Full-time/Part-time/Contract] Job Overview: As a Business Objects Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reporting solutions using SAP Business Objects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that data insights are effectively communicated through dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and objectives. Universe Design: Create and manage data universes to facilitate report generation. Report Development: Design, develop, and maintain reports using tools such as Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, and Dashboards. Data Analysis: Analyze data sources and ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting. Performance Tuning: Optimize report performance by fine-tuning SQL queries and database interactions. User Support: Provide training and support to end-users on report functionalities and best practices. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for reports, data sources, and project workflows. Collaboration: Work with IT and business teams to enhance data accessibility and reporting capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business Objects Developer or in a similar role. Strong proficiency in SAP Business Objects (Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports). Solid understanding of SQL and database concepts. Experience with data modeling and data warehousing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Familiarity with ETL processes and tools. Understanding of cloud-based data solutions.
