Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2. 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related field. 3. Experience with Antrim systems is mandatory. a. Sunquest Antrim is a laboratory information management solution (LIMS) designed for small, medium, and large-sized laboratories. It enables users to manage laboratory performance, modify staff schedules and describe the changes in the list of tests, track data from sequencing, assign work to scientists and suggest instruments based on preset rules automatically, record inventories of vital supplies and laboratory equipment, as well as streamline ad-hoc report generation. Features include workflow management, inventory management, sample management, transaction management, barcode handling capability, instrument calibration, time tracking, and regulatory compliance management. 4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 5. Familiarity with database management, software development, and IT infrastructure. 6. Proficiency in systems design methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC). 7. Experience with project management and data modeling tools is a plus. 8. Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
