Data Products: Create and manage data products that provide actionable insights and support decision-making processes. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the data engineering team, ensuring best practices in data management and integration. Quality Assurance: Ensure all data migration processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all data migration processes and solutions. Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in data engineering, with a focus on data migration and healthcare IT. Technical Skills: o Data Mesh: Experience with data mesh architecture and principles. o Modern Data Stack: Proficiency in technologies such as Apache Kafka, Apache Spark, dbt, Airflow, and Snowflake. o Programming Languages: Strong skills in Python, SQL, and other relevant programming languages. o Cloud Platforms: Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and processing. o Data Sharing: Knowledge of data sharing frameworks and protocols. o Data Products: Experience in developing and managing data products.
