These roles will primarily be doing metrics and dashboarding with some automation. Candidates must have exp with Clinical Data Management and strong Power BI exp. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business teams and analytics team to craft and refine key performance indicators and visualizations that support data-informed decisions. Plan, implement, and organize user-facing analytics tools, such as dashboards and metrics. Lead the design, analysis, and interpretation of testing. Design, implement, and utilize suitable visualizations and dashboards in Power BI. Establish best practices in analytics, visualization guidelines, and standards Collaborate with business teams to demonstrate the significance of certain metrics based on data-driven insights and educate them on why certain metrics may not be suitable.
