| Job Title: Data Architect Location: Chicago, IL We are looking for a highly skilled Data Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS, Snowflake, and data governance, and possess the ability to bridge business and technical teams to deliver effective data solutions. Key Responsibilities: Finance Domain Data Expertise: Utilize your deep understanding of finance domain data to design and implement effective data solutions. Data Modeling: Model data in Data Lake and Data Warehouse environments to support analytical use cases. Business Collaboration: Collaborate with Business Teams and Business Analysts to understand and negotiate solutions that meet business requirements. Architect and Design: Architect and design data storage, data transformation, data security, data quality, and performance optimization techniques using AWS and Snowflake. Data Pipelines: Architect and develop data pipelines for various data sources, including batch, streaming, APIs, message queues, and real-time sources. Data Handling: Work with structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data. Presentations: Create and deliver clear and impactful presentations tailored to different audiences. Qualifications: Mandatory Skills: Proficiency in AWS, Snowflake, data governance, and finance/banking domain. Data Expertise: Ability to model data in data lakes and data warehouses for analytical purposes. Solution Development: Experience in architecting and designing solutions for data storage, transformation, security, quality, and performance in AWS and Snowflake. Technical Skills: Expertise in developing data pipelines for various data sources, handling different data structures, and creating impactful presentations. Experience: Years of relevant work experience, particularly in the finance domain.
