The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the entire bench sales process, from identifying suitable candidates to placing them with potential clients. You will focus on marketing the available bench candidates, negotiating terms, and closing the deal. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Bench Sales Process : Manage and handle the entire lifecycle of the bench sales process, including marketing, selling, and placing consultants. Marketing Bench Candidates : Effectively market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, GC, US citizens, etc.) for various IT requirements and ensure placements. Client and Vendor Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful bench placements. Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms of employment, pay rates, and benefits packages with clients and vendors. Job Portal Expertise : Utilize various job portals such as Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms to find job requirements for bench candidates. Candidate Screening : Perform initial screenings and background checks on potential candidates before presenting them to clients. Documentation & Compliance : Ensure all documentation for the bench consultants is up-to-date and compliant with industry standards and government regulations. Regular Updates : Provide regular updates to management on the status of the bench, consultants, and sales activities. Client Coordination : Coordinate with hiring managers and clients to gather detailed job requirements and feedback for quick turnaround. Negotiations & Contracts : Engage in negotiations related to billing rates and terms with vendors and clients. Follow-Up : Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients and consultants until a successful placement is made. Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and candidates efficiently. Networking Skills : Ability to network and build professional relationships in the industry to generate sales leads. Job Portal Knowledge : Proficiency in job portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Fechfech, and LinkedIn. Negotiation Skills : Adept at negotiating salaries, contracts, and terms with vendors, clients, and consultants. Problem-Solving Skills : Ability to handle and resolve issues effectively, ensuring smooth onboarding and placements. Time Management : Strong ability to prioritize, manage multiple requirements, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Technical Awareness : Basic understanding of IT technologies to match suitable candidates with job requirements.
