The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Snowflake, DBT, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Python, and Snowpark. Knowledge of QlikSense, POWER BI is preferred. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data warehouses that support business intelligence and analytics. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize data warehouse architecture to ensure data integrity, scalability, and performance. Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT and Snowflake to support the organization's data needs. Work with business stakeholders to understand the data requirements, especially within the pharmacy business domain, and translate them into technical specifications. Develop reports in QlikSense to address business needs Collaborate with data analysts, data scientists, and business teams to ensure data consistency, accessibility, and quality across the organization. Develop and maintain database objects such as tables, views, stored procedures, and functions in SQL Server and PostgreSQL. Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis. Utilize Python and Snowpark to develop scalable data transformation and processing scripts. Implement and enforce data governance and security policies. Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance and resolve any data-related issues. Participate in code reviews, ensure best practices, and maintain documentation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of pharmacy business processes and data, with the ability to interpret and translate business needs into technical solutions. Hands-on experience with Snowflake, including setting up and optimizing data warehouses. Proficiency in DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and management. Strong experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases. Expertise in SQL for data querying, performance tuning, and optimization. Proficiency in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and scripting. Experience with Snowpark for developing complex data workflows within Snowflake. Understanding of data warehouse concepts, star/snowflake schema design, and data modeling techniques. Experience with version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in the healthcare or pharmacy sector. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Qlik,Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
