Job Title: AEM Developer with Production Support Experience Client: WSI (Williams-Sonoma, Inc.) Location: San Jose, CA (Wipro/Cisco) Max Rate: $52/hr Job Description: We are seeking an experienced AEM Developer with strong production support experience to join our team for the WSI client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting AEM applications, providing support for the production environment, and resolving any technical issues.Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day AEM platform production support, including troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution. Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth operation and continuous improvements. Monitor application performance and implement optimizations for better efficiency. Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement permanent fixes. Provide support for AEM configurations, content management workflows, and user permissions. Ensure system stability, high availability, and performance of AEM-based websites. Work with cross-functional teams to solve platform-specific challenges and implement best practices.Required Skills: 3-5 years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) 6.5 or higher versions. Strong production support experience with AEM applications in large enterprise environments. Familiarity with AEM components like sling, OSGI, and AEM workflows. Experience in diagnosing performance bottlenecks, conducting performance tuning, and maintaining large-scale AEM instances. Strong understanding of Java, JCR/Sling, Apache Felix, RESTful APIs, and modern web technologies. Experience with CI/CD processes, Jenkins, and Git for AEM deployment.Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the retail or eCommerce industry is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
