You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver high-quality solutions. Your expertise will help us optimize our Salesforce environment and support our strategic initiatives Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and implementation of nCino Bank Operating System applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Certified Architect (preferred), or equivalent certifications. Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware). Extensive experience with Salesforce customization, including workflows, process builder, and advanced reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement effective solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
