Job Description: Job Purpose: This role is responsible for managing highly complex, enterprise-wide programs , ensuring end-to-end delivery of multiple initiatives. The work involves handling 10+ catalogs , 60+ populations , hundreds of quality measures , member enrollment , regulatory HEDIS requirements, and Medicaid specialty measure sets. Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain a granular tracking mechanism for program success . Provide a strong blend of technical and business acumen to design, develop, and implement program operations . Ensure timely adjustments in scope, timing, and resources based on program needs . Drive project deliverables while escalating risks and issues as needed . Job Responsibilities: Lead the efficient delivery of monthly regulatory and custom reporting . Accountable for detailed measure tracking and program schedules . Offer consultation to resolve program issues/risks . Establish and maintain strong program structures from the start . Conduct program planning, disseminating information to teams and stakeholders . Support the Data Load team in meeting aggressive timelines . Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 8+ years managing projects, some experience managing complex programs . Very strong Microsoft Excel skills . Experience in multi-discipline, high-performance work teams . Ability to work independently or in fast-paced team environments . Proven experience in negotiations and conflict management . Ability to adapt to constantly changing priorities with agility . Demonstrates structured, methodical execution with accountability . Builds trusted relationships and demonstrates strong interpersonal skills . Preferred: Health Care or Health Quality Reporting experience .
