| Role: Service Now ITAM SAM - Principal level Technical consultant Start Date: Nov 4 End Date: Feb 28 Hours: 450 Location: Remote Job Description : Lead TC who is an expert with ITAM SAM. The expected hours would be between 12-16 for the first few weeks while we write user stories and prep for development, and then would ramp down to 8-10/week during the implementation. During the initial phase, this person would be responsible for helping to architect and design the implementation alongside the BPC. We're already running workshops with customer, so this person would need to get plugged in quickly and help with designing our solution. Once development starts, they would be responsible for acting as a lead and support the two more junior TCs through story development. The two other TCs will have the bulk of the hours through that phase. Customer's biggest priority is understanding and capturing their SaaS software usage and entitlements. So while we may also be pulling in some on-prem or end user computing software, we'll mostly be focused on SaaS publishers initially. Salesforce, SAP and Oracle are likely the 3 priority publishers we'll want to focus on. Additionally, they use a home grown tool + Technopedia to do SW requests and certification today. We'll be replacing that tool and process and bringing it into SN.
