Preferred - state government experience, state transportation experience, CBAP certification, PMP certification, or ACP certification. Job Description: We are looking for a Senior IT Business Analyst to be responsible for the management of one or multiple moderately complex projects concurrently; plans and performs analysis of company functions, processes, and activities. This position will be contract and hybrid. What Youll Do: Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring they are clearly understood and communicated Analysis and Documentation: Analyze business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement. Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps Solution Design: Work with IT and business teams to design and implement effective IT solutions that meet business needs. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between IT and business stakeholders. Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops to ensure clear communication and alignment Testing and Validation: Develop and execute test plans to ensure IT solutions meet business requirements. Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and address any issues that arise Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices.
