Experience in managing & troubleshooting Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops platform Hands-on experience with PowerShell and Office 365. Configuration of servers, operating systems administration, hardening, load balancers including but not limited to management of users, processes, resource contention, preventive. maintenance and management of updates & patches to ensure that the system is properly updated. Re-installation in the event of system crash/failures Periodic health check of the systems, troubleshooting problems, analyzing and implementing. rectification measures Implementation and maintenance of standard operating procedures for maintenance of the infrastructure Management of the usernames, roles and passwords of all the relevant subsystems, including, but not limited to servers, applications, devices, etc. Implementing security on the Internet and Intranet Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery Install and upgrade computer components and software, manage virtual servers, and integrate. automation processes Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts, making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions. Install and configure software and hardware.
