| The Public Safety Delivery Center (PSDC) requires the services of a Hyland OnBase Developer/ Administrator to support an OnBase implementation. The administrator will serve as the principal point of contact for all application software, databases, and hardware that supports the OnBase solution. This role includes planning for and executing software and hardware upgrades, providing daily administration, monitoring, and maintenance support for the OnBase product and its supporting infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Provide timely technical support to end users. Collaborate with System Administrators, Project Managers, Business Analysts, and other IT staff. Prioritize daily tasks, production issues, projects, and customer support. Review current processes, hardware, and software to ensure proper functionality and efficiency; validate technical specifications and infrastructure requirements. Assist in planning, setup, and configuration of the infrastructure architecture, server hardware, and operating systems. Review and plan for software maintenance/upgrades; perform upgrades during scheduled off-hours maintenance windows. Design, develop, test, and migrate new project solutions or enhancements across SIT, UAT, and Production environments. Document, evaluate, prioritize, and resolve defects. Respond to and resolve issues reported during normal business hours and off-hours. Monitor operations and capacity to ensure optimum performance. Create documentation of system changes or existing processes and distribute to relevant parties. Work with the DOC/PBPP OnBase Support Vendor (currently Keymark) for technical support as needed. Assist in the discovery and documentation of business requirements for new OnBase solutions. Provide training to identified subject matter experts. Communicate system downtime and project deployments with business owners and end users. Understand, maintain, and enhance external integrations within OnBase. Required Skills and Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 7+ years of experience in Hyland OnBase. System Administration: 7+ years of experience in OnBase System Administration. Records Management: 7+ years of experience with enterprise-wide Records Management Programs. Reporting Experience: 5+ years of experience with OnBase Reporting Dashboard. Certifications: Hyland OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA) Hyland OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA) Highly Desired Skills: 5+ years of experience with OnBase Workflow. 5+ years of experience with Kofax Capture Software. 5+ years of experience with OnBase System Upgrades. Hyland OnBase Certified Workview (OCWV) and Certified Application Programming Interface (OCAPI) are a plus. Thank you!
