Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development. Experience leading and mentoring technical teams. Proven track record of designing and delivering scalable, complex integration solutions. Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle SOA Suite, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). Experience with Oracle ERP, HCM, and other Oracle Cloud applications. Knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, and integration patterns (e.g., publish-subscribe, request-response). Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing performance of integration flows. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines. Soft Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Oracle OIC Certification.
