Job Summary Remote work and willing to work West Coast hours (10 AM 8 PM PST) Education: Bachelor's (Preferred) Experience: SAP: 9 years (Required) We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Contractor with expertise in either procurement or inventory management to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize procurement processes or inventory control and stock replenishment within the SAP environment. A key responsibility will be integrating SAP Transportation Management (TM) with logistics, procurement, or inventory management modules. The candidate will design and implement strategies to enhance efficiency in either procurement or inventory, driving seamless supply chain operations. Note: Infrequent Travel to Mountain View, CA may be required. Duties and Responsibilities In this role, you will: Oversee and manage the STR/STO process within SAP, ensuring accurate execution for either procurement or inventory control. Lead the integration of SAP Transportation Management (TM) with either procurement, logistics, or inventory management modules. Develop and implement procurement or inventory management strategies to streamline supply chain operations. Monitor and manage stock replenishment processes, ensuring inventory levels are aligned with procurement or inventory management plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, procurement, or inventory teams, to optimize SAP operations. Provide insights and recommendations for process optimization to enhance either procurement or inventory control. Requirements and Qualifications Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas is mandatory: Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP, focusing on either procurement, inventory management, or logistics. Expertise in SAP Transportation Management (TM) and its integration with either procurement or inventory modules. Strong understanding of STR/STO processes within SAP for either procurement or inventory management. Proven experience in designing and implementing strategies for effective procurement or inventory control. Ability to collaborate with logistics, procurement, or inventory teams to ensure operational excellence. Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Soft Skills: Strong communication and forward-thinking mindset. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken) Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
