Ideal JD: Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Consultant with a strong background in the life sciences industry to help our client implement and optimize their Dynamics 365 environment. The role will involve working closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure that Dynamics 365 is customized to meet industry-specific needs, such as compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, GxP) and ensuring data integrity across clinical, manufacturing, and supply chain functions. Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation and customization of Dynamics 365 modules to meet the specific needs of life sciences companies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map business processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with Dynamics 365 functionalities. Provide technical expertise and recommendations on Dynamics 365 capabilities, configuration, and integration points with existing systems such as ERP, CRM, and third-party applications. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, including FDA regulations, GxP, and ISO certifications. Design, document, and implement efficient data migration strategies to ensure seamless transition from legacy systems. Develop and execute test plans to validate solutions against user requirements and industry standards. Provide user training and ongoing support post-implementation, ensuring smooth adoption and best practices. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 (Finance and Operations, Sales, or Customer Engagement modules). Proven experience in the life sciences industry, particularly with regulatory compliance, data integrity, and quality management systems. Strong understanding of pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or medical device business processes, including clinical trials, manufacturing, and supply chain management. Familiarity with FDA regulations, including 21 CFR Part 11, GxP, and validation procedures for IT systems in life sciences. Ability to configure and integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and platforms, ensuring interoperability. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design custom solutions that align with business goals. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Azure, Power BI, and Power Apps for creating reports, dashboards, and custom applications. Knowledge of AI, IoT, or machine learning integrations within Dynamics 365 for advanced analytics and process automation in life sciences.
