Expertise in designing custom processes and guiding developers in building. Purchase order management: Creating and managing purchase orders in the SAP system for third-party drop shipments, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and monitoring the status of orders to ensure on-time delivery to customers. Documentation and reporting: Generating and maintaining documentation related to third-party drop shipments, such as purchase orders, shipping documents, and invoices, and preparing regular reports on procurement activities, inventory levels, and vendor performance. Integration with other modules: Collaborating with other functional teams, such as sales, finance, and logistics, to ensure seamless integration of third-party drop shipment processes with other SAP modules and to support end-to-end business processes including custom processes. Problem resolution: Addressing any issues or challenges that may arise during the procurement process, such as discrepancies in orders, delivery delays, or quality issues, and working with stakeholders to resolve these issues effectively. Training and support: Providing training and support to end users on how to effectively use the SAP system for managing third-party drop shipments, including providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
