Title: Wireless Mobile Tester Location: San Antonio,TX Type: Contract Job Description: Fulfill requests for wireless feature changes, program changes, service interruptions, cellular services, 3P access requirements, transfers of billing responsibility, porting lines to other carriers, etc. Identifies and resolves technical issues in mobile apps on both iOS and Android platforms. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to investigate and resolve mobile app problems. Proficient in managing and configuring Intune for mobile devices management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM) solutions for Intune Company Portal Experience. Ensures to educate corporate users on the compliance settings to protect corporate data on mobile devices. Troubleshoots network connectivity and device functionality to ensure optimal customer satisfaction. Provide customer support through Service Requests/Incidents.
