[email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Job Short Description Backend Java/AWS Cloud Developers (two LEADS, one SENIOR) with strong AWS Cloud knowledge to support our client through a migration from legacy IBM MJob Description Title- Lead- Java/AWS Cloud Developers Client- BCBS Location- Reston, VA Duration- 6+ Months Visa- USC, GC , GC- EAD Preferred: Recent Health Insurance Experience) (Candidates ONLY from Wash DC, MD, VA, WV for 1-2 monthly meeting in Reston VA with local id or dl) Java/AWS Cloud Developers Backend Java/AWS Cloud Developers (two LEADS, one SENIOR) with strong AWS Cloud knowledge to support our client through a migration from legacy IBM MQ technologies, to a newer Java related technology environment. The selected candidates will perform complex analysis, design, development, automated unit and integration testing, and debugging of computer software ranging from operating system architecture integration and software design to selection of computer systems, language, and/or equipment. Designs, codes, tests, develops, and documents application programs for computer systems. Works with end-users and project stakeholders to define system scope and objectives. Manages modifications to and maintenance of operational programs and procedures. Leads stakeholder and product owner meetings to define software requirements and creates highly complex systems. Acts as a mentor to junior engineers Although primarily remote, there will be at least two (2) meetings onsite in Reston VA every month for all three positions.
