Job Description: About the Role :- We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Java ReactJS Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of human resources-related applications. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working on HR systems such as payroll, employee management, performance tracking, and other HR solutions. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining full-stack applications, ensuring the highest level of performance and responsiveness. Key Responsibilities :- Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure full-stack applications using Java for the backend and ReactJS for the frontend. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX/UI designers, and QA engineers, to deliver human resources solutions that meet business needs. Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Optimize application performance, ensuring smooth integration between frontend and backend components. Design and implement APIs and microservices for efficient data processing and system integration. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality, performance, and security. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes. Qualifications :- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in full-stack development, with a focus on Java for backend development and ReactJS for frontend. Proven experience working on human resources applications such as payroll systems, employee management platforms, performance tracking tools, or other HR software solutions. Strong understanding of Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript libraries or frameworks. Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. Experience with version control systems like Git and knowledge of CI/CD practices. Understanding of API integration and microservices architecture. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Nice-to-Have: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices. Knowledge of HR systems like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or similar platforms.
