Role : IBM Sterling Integrator File Transmission Tech Location : Remote Job description: Roles/responsibilities: Integration: Setup, test and monitor new and existing file transfer using various File Transfer platform Production Support: Perform Managed File Transfer support responsibilities (24x7 on rotation) following standard operations processes Monitor and fix file transfer errors Configuration Management: Manage configuration changes like password resets, certificate renewals, PGP keys, etc. SFTP Configuration: Setup new SFTP sites for new file transfers Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service, addressing, and resolving issues promptly. Problem-Solving Expertise: Apply effective problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to troubleshoot software and system problems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
