Job Title: Business Analyst Location: 1030 Delta Boulevard Atlanta, GA 30354 (Hybrid) - Locals Duration: 06+ Contract with possible extension/conversion Rate: $50/hr C2C Client: Delta Airlines required Notes: There will be a technical screening call as well on teams so candidates should be available for 15-20mins to take that call today only. The candidate needs to be local as 1st round will be in person. Candidates need to have: 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an Agile software development environment. 1+ year of experience supporting ServiceNow. 1+ year of experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) / ITIL. Proficient in writing user stories and acceptance criteria. Deep product knowledge of the ServiceNow Platform. Ability to run ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) test suites and diagnose root cause of failures. Strong communication, judgment, and reasoning skills with internal staff, management, and customers. Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple efforts for timely delivery. Proven ability to translate planning into actionable results. Preferred Qualifications: ITIL v3 or v4 Certifications. ServiceNow CSA Certification. Key Responsibilities: Serve as ServiceNow Product SME, leveraging knowledge of ongoing vendor changes and aligning them with organizational needs. Collaborate with Product Owner to manage the product backlog and roadmap. Lead requirements gathering with customers, product teams, and developers, ensuring ServiceNow features are fully utilized. Develop epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows to meet functional and non-functional requirements. Ensure detailed and clear documentation for development, QA, and support teams. Continuously clarify and update requirements throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Support project planning, including cost-benefit analysis, risk assessments, and progress reports. Use ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) to perform testing, identify defects, and ensure issues are resolved. Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders and customers. Drive adoption of new features and updates among stakeholders. Assess training needs, develop materials, and manage user training for product changes. Monitor the support queue and manage incidents, problems, and service requests. Maintain ServiceNow knowledge articles for platform support and usage. Act as Release Manager, overseeing communication and management of upgrades, patches, and releases. Review ServiceNow release notes and assess their impact on ITSM processes, communicating findings to stakeholders. Serve as ITSM Process Coordinator, ensuring adherence to processes and policies. Produce scheduled and ad-hoc reports and assist with customer reporting needs. Promote safety-conscious behaviors in all procedures.
