Job Description: Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Design and develop new business processes or redesign existing ones to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. Create detailed process documentation, including process flowcharts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business process models. Collaborate with IT teams, project managers, and other consultants to deploy technology solutions that support process improvements. Develop and execute change management plans to ensure successful adoption of new or revised processes. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented processes and monitor ongoing performance. Identify potential risks associated with process changes and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Conduct cost-benefit analysis to assess the financial impact of process improvements and ensure that they deliver value to the organization. Must have D365 CRM - All Modules / (Sales/CS/Field Service/ Customer Insights) - Functional experience Healthcare domain experience preferred .
