Optimize and automate the creation of system images for various hardware platforms. Provide technical support for image-based deployments and script issues. Testing of new devices that are being onboarded to the store environment like scan guns and printers Backup and restore process for store workstations Maintenance and reporting of store workstations Work with L3 support on store tickets Develop and support server and client-side programs and methodologies that launch in store workstations Work with Dell on the new model workstation CFI process as well as being a contact point for all future CFI or workstation related issues in regard to the image, hard drive, problem warranty replacement systems, supply chain.
