Manage QlikView infrastructure including scaling, capacity planning, and upgrades. Security & Governance: Implement and manage security settings, user access control, and authentication mechanisms. Ensure compliance with internal data security policies and external regulations. Performance Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor the performance of the QlikView system, optimizing dashboards and reports. Troubleshoot issues related to server stability, data load processes, and performance bottlenecks. System Maintenance & Support: Perform regular maintenance and housekeeping tasks such as log file management, server patching, and backups. Provide 24/7 support for high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Data Management: Oversee data connections, ETL processes, and data refresh schedules to ensure timely and accurate data delivery. Collaborate with database administrators to optimize data models and queries. Collaboration: Work with business users and stakeholders to support the design and deployment of QlikView reports and dashboards. Assist in defining best practices for QlikView development, deployment, and documentation. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience as a QlikView Administrator or in a similar role. Hands-on experience with QlikView Server, Publisher, and QlikView Management Console (QMC). Strong knowledge of server administration, Windows OS, and database systems (SQL Server, Oracle, etc.). Familiarity with Qlik scripting, expressions, and data modeling. Experience with performance tuning, capacity planning, and server optimization. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
