This role is crucial for optimizing our manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance, and helping us achieve ISO certification. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in design recommendations, AI investment, and process improvement, along with a hands-on approach to operational challenges. Key Responsibilities: Analyze contract specifications and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance and quality. Design and implement efficient processes that align with contractual obligations and ISO standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, to identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements. Conduct thorough assessments of current practices, particularly in our new warehouse facility, and make actionable recommendations. Invest in and integrate AI technologies to enhance productivity and process efficiency. Serve as an ISO Process Consultant to guide the facility toward ISO certification. Lead initiatives to optimize fulfillment center design and workflows, ensuring effective resource utilization. Troubleshoot production issues related to contracted projects and implement effective solutions. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and contract compliance, including training materials for staff. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in textiles manufacturing and tactical goods. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field). 5+ years of experience in process engineering, ideally within textiles manufacturing or tactical goods . Strong understanding of contract management, ISO certification processes, and compliance. Proven experience in designing fulfillment centers or optimizing fulfillment engineering. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
