This role is accountable for transformational technology and development initiatives that will enable overall R&D mission and strategic imperatives which is going to lead us to our future by accelerating growth of new solutions implementation and AI to solve problem. Responsibilities: High degree of technical aptitude over a wide scope of CRM architecture, data analysis, data model design and AI applications to provide technical direction and mentorship to team. Responsible for solution design and integrations design with other applications. Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code Responsible for developing and supporting customized and standard solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions Technical leadership, setting best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement Seek out ways to utilize SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace Define, communicate, and manage a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications/code and updates to existing applications/code Provide thought-leadership and architectural guidance/reviews on strategic projects implementations. Represent R&D for strategic / transformational initiatives. Evaluate different CRM tools to fit business needs. Skills Required: The ideal candidate for this position should possess a good understanding of IT development methodologies and demonstrate solid skills in business processes. This individual must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and demonstrate a team-oriented, goal-and results-driven work ethic. The role requires working collaboratively with the business community and other IT team members within a dynamic and high-profile environment. Technical Skills: Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC). Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML5. Candidate should have working experience as Salesforce developer providing customization, development, enhancement and support for Saleforce.com CRM Applications Must have at least 3-5 Years of SFDC development experience (Certified Salesforce.com Developer Preferred) Solid understanding of and detailed experience with Salesforce.com architecture and API Detailed experience writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers, Queueable apex, Experience cloud. Should have exp in flows, process builders Must have hands on experience on Lightning web components. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud Experience using Salesforce data tools Strong understanding of relational databases Demonstrative success with multiple Salesforce.com integration projects Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integrating technologies Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and delivery teams Experience/Education: 8 or more years of information technology experience Experience working with Salesforce and other CRM technologies in various capacities including working as an architect. Experience working with Manufacturing/ Distribution industry preferred. Solid communication skills Strong command on making right architectural decisions for system needs and leading the implementation with the help of team members.
