Job Title: Supply Chain Team Lead Location: Chicago Illinois (Hybrid) Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Team Lead with a strong background in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and a proven track record in SAP consulting. This role involves leading the exploration and implementation phases of our SAP projects, specifically focusing on the SAP Public Cloud. You will guide a team through the discovery, realization, and implementation stages, ensuring that our supply chain processes are optimized and aligned with our business goals. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the Supply Chain team in the exploration phase of SAP projects, ensuring effective collaboration and communication. Conduct discovery sessions to gather business requirements and assess current processes. Design and configure end-to-end SAP solutions, focusing on Warehouse Management and related modules. Oversee the realization and implementation phases, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project milestones. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and project goals. Provide expertise in SAP Public Cloud, contributing to prototype development and solution design. Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders, outlining project progress and key findings. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in SAP consulting, with a strong focus on SAP WM. Experience with SAP Public Cloud and prototype development is highly desirable. Proven experience in design and end-to-end configuration of SAP solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to lead a team and drive projects to successful completion in a fast-paced environment.
