This resource must have significant experience in both the development & implementation aspects of call center and include phone, email, sms/texting. Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Omnichannel/Call Center Business Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in designing and implementing integrated systems and processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across all channels, including call centers. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute an omnichannel strategy that aligns with the organizations business goals and customer service objectives. Design and implement solutions that integrate various communication channels, including phone, email, chat/SMS. Analyze current operational pain points & processes and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborate across technical and business teams to ensure cohesive and effective omnichannel strategies. Ensure all processes and systems comply with relevant regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of data security and privacy. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in designing and implementing omnichannel strategies and call center operations. Proficiency in telephony systems, IVR, and other relevant technologies. Strong ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely. Demonstrated leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive initiatives to completion.
