Work Authorization allowed: GC, USC, TN VISA, OPT, EAD MOI: Skype + F2F Basic Functions: We are looking for a Programmer Analyst IV Top Skills: Application Development and Support of CICS/DB2/TSO/COBOL/SAS/JCL Mainframe Systems and also Microsoft .Net Application Development utilizing DB2 or similar relational database Changeman and Control-M Ability to identify and create test data, create and modify files and JCL to support validation/QA of system changes Experience using SQL, SPUFI, Platinum, File Manager, Debugger, QMF Tools or equivalent Experience completing Unit/Development Testing, Systems Testing, and Supporting User Acceptance Testing Experience supporting a financial and case management child support system all phases of the systems development life cycle. INTERVIEW NOTES: Phone and web based interviews will be acceptable. However, an in--person interview may be required. Interviews will be set up shortly after the posting close date. MUST provide three (3) business references for the interview. (One reference must be a supervisory level.) IMPORTANT NOTES: Candidate MUST be physically located in the United States.
