Please share the resume at [email protected] Position: Sales force BA Location: McLean, VA ( onsite-F2F Interview) - Please share the local profiles Duration: 12 months Description: 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce. In-depth knowledge of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud). Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder) are highly desirable. Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Apex preferred. Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and system integration. Experience in Agile and Scrum project methodologies. Strong skills in data analysis, and reporting tools within Salesforce. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language. Required Education: At least a bachelors degree( or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
