| Hello all, Job Title: SAP FICO Consultant Location: Onsite, Harrisburg, PA Employment Type: C2C (Corp-to-Corp) Experience Level: 16+ years We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with over 16 years of extensive experience in financial accounting and controlling. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fund management and grant management, and will be responsible for implementing and optimizing SAP FICO solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP FICO modules, focusing on fund and grant management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into SAP solutions. - Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Provide expert guidance on best practices in fund management and grant management within the SAP environment. - Perform system testing, user acceptance testing, and provide support during the go-live phase. - Develop training materials and conduct workshops for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities. - Stay current with SAP updates and industry trends to ensure optimal use of technology. Qualifications: - Minimum of 16 years of experience as an SAP FICO Consultant. - Proven expertise in fund management and grant management processes. - Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. - Relevant SAP certification is a plus. Preferred Skills: - Experience with SAP S/4HANA. - Familiarity with integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD). - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to fund and grant management.
