The ideal candidate should possess: Key Responsibilities: Understanding and articulating client business requirements and identifying process gaps to provide tailored solutions. Designing and architecting solutions across multiple systems, including their integration with third-party applications. Managing a team, ensuring timely delivery, and effectively communicating between end users and team members. Providing subject matter expertise to support business development efforts and resolving complex customer escalations. Implementing innovative solutions with a significant impact on industry practices. Required Expertise: Deep functional expertise in Fusion PBCS modules. At least one Fusion Cloud implementation experience covering PBCS. Proficiency in AIM/OUM methodologies. Experience in preparing BR100, MD50, TE020, and other relevant documentation, such as Configuration, To-Be, Functional Design (FD), and Test Scripts. Strong written and oral communication skills and client-facing experience with excellent interpersonal abilities.
