Roles/responsibilities: o Integration: Setup, test and monitor new and existing file transfer using various File Transfer platform o Production Support: Perform Managed File Transfer support responsibilities (24x7 on rotation) following standard operations processes Monitor and fix file transfer errors o Configuration Management: Manage configuration changes like password resets, certificate renewals, PGP keys, etc. o SFTP Configuration: Setup new SFTP sites for new file transfers o Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrate a strong dedication to providing high-quality customer service, addressing, and resolving issues promptly. o Problem-Solving Expertise: Apply effective problem-solving skills and root cause analysis to troubleshoot software and system problems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
