Only local candidates from FL with state ID/DL copy Title: Business Systems Analyst Duration: 3-6 + months contract Location: Orlando, FL (hybrid 2 days onsite) Interviews: Phone and Video Rate: 45/hr on C2C VISA: USC/GC/EAD GC Client: Orange County Government Key Responsibilities Reporting and Analysis : Review and analyze HR data, producing detailed reports as necessary. HRIS Management : Oversee the strategic implementation and ongoing management of HR systems, including gap assessments and technology changes. Training Development : Create training materials and coordinate training for HR community and end-users. Audits and Reporting : Conduct audits of the HRIS for accuracy and develop management reporting tools. Support and Inquiries : Address a high volume of inquiries from employees regarding HR systems. Technical Problem-Solving : Utilize technical knowledge to solve complex problems related to PeopleSoft and HRIS systems. User Training : Develop and deliver PeopleSoft training across the division. Job Requirements : Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Computer Science or Business Administration one year experience in problem analysis. Related experience in system analysis/performance may be substituted for the education on a year-for-year basis. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications : Professional certification in human resources or a related field. PeopleSoft Experience : Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR Management System and/or KRONOS. Advanced PeopleSoft Skills : Proficiency in PeopleSoft HR modules, query creation, and as an end user. Project Management : Strong skills in time management and coordinating multiple projects. Problem Solving : Ability to identify, interpret, and resolve potential HR-related issues. Training and Documentation : Experience in developing training materials and technical documentation. Data Entry : High-volume data entry skills with accuracy. Production Support : Provide support in a fast-paced payroll environment. Testing : Lead testing for new or modified systems/processes. Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Additional Skills: Ability to operate in undefined policy areas and recognize precedent-setting situations. Knowledge of evaluation and research techniques, along with strong reporting skills.
