Mandatory skills - Oracle HCM cloud order management BR100 RICEFW Job Description - Understand HCM business requirements and map them to Oracle Cloud functionality. Create and review functional specifications for RICEFW. Write business requirement documents for reports and interfaces. Configure end-to-end Order Management processes based on BR100. Develop and execute test scripts for Order Management. Collaborate with client SMEs and project managers. Gain client acceptance of solutions. Assist during CRPs/SITs/UATs. Analyze business needs to ensure alignment with Oracle solutions. Handle data mapping and fill FBDI documents for migrations. Develop innovative solutions and resolve complex escalations. Manage EDI integrations with third-party applications. Train key business users on Oracle HCM Cloud. Oversee business transitions during new client onboarding.
