| Job Title: PeopleSoft Technical Consultant NA Payroll Location: Phoenix, AZ (5 days onsite) No of Position:1 Provide technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, particularly in North American Payroll (NA Payroll) modules. Develop, customize, and maintain PeopleSoft Payroll solutions to support business needs. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions for payroll processing, reporting, and compliance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll processes, data integrations, and configurations. Perform technical system analysis, design, development, and unit testing of PeopleSoft applications. Optimize payroll processes and system performance to ensure accurate and timely payroll runs. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations through system configurations and updates. Participate in system upgrades, patches, and production support for payroll-related functionality. Work with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure seamless integration between PeopleSoft and other systems.
