Hi Vendors, Hope you are doing well Do share with me the relevant profiles on [email protected] Role: Salesforce Product Manager Location: San Francisco, CA and San Diego, CA Onsite Type: Contract Job Summary: We are looking for a Salesforce Product Manager to lead the development and optimization of Salesforce-based solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive the roadmap and strategy for our Salesforce platform. You will be responsible for ensuring that the Salesforce environment meets business needs while managing updates, integrations, and enhancements to optimize user experience and improve efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and own the Salesforce product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs, user feedback, and emerging trends. Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business units and the development team to translate business requirements into technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Implementation: Lead end-to-end Salesforce implementations and integrations, ensuring that solutions align with overall business objectives. Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand and document their needs, translating those needs into detailed user stories and technical requirements for the development team. Customization & Configuration: Oversee Salesforce customization, configuration, and optimization, including workflows, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts. User Training & Adoption: Develop training materials and lead user training sessions to increase Salesforce adoption and ensure teams maximize the platform's capabilities. Data Management & Reporting: Manage Salesforce data integrity, overseeing data migration, governance, and the creation of custom reports and dashboards for end-users. Continuous Improvement: Monitor Salesforce performance, gather user feedback, and manage iterative improvements and enhancements to optimize efficiency. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with other teams, such as IT, marketing, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce and other business systems. Vendor & Partner Management: Manage relationships with external Salesforce partners, vendors, and consultants to ensure the successful delivery of projects and updates. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience: o 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Product Management or related roles. o Proven experience managing large-scale Salesforce implementations or upgrades. o Deep knowledge of Salesforce features and functionality, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and AppExchange solutions. Technical Skills: o Experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and workflows. o Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data models within Salesforce. o Understanding of APIs and experience with Salesforce integrations. Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
