Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and resource allocation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and deliverables. Implement and manage Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall processes, tailoring approaches to project specifics. Facilitate project meetings, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews. Monitor project progress and performance, proactively identifying and addressing risks and issues. Ensure effective communication among team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status. Mentor and support junior project managers and team members in project management best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project management team. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of managing software development projects. Strong knowledge of SDLC processes and methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile frameworks. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders. Proficient in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and collaboration software.
