| From: Bhavya Rapelli, Avance [email protected] Reply to: [email protected] Role-Business Analyst Location-ONSITE in CHICAGO, IL (No remote option) Work with client Stakeholders to carve out current state baselines and functionalities of EZR application Mine and analyze current state process and information flow through collaboration workshops Evaluate process, technology and operations impact of the changes being proposed Define detailed Business and System requirements, process flows and build work backlog via EPIC Features Stories using JIRA, Lucid charts and other tools prescribed Identify interdependencies and balance competing priorities to ensure project objectives are achieved in timely manner Conduct requirement walkthroughs with involved stakeholders Contribute to feature estimation Proactively manage risks, issues associated Business Analysis deliverables (1.) To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities, and increasing productivity. (2.) To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects. (3.) To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussionsorreview as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations). (4.) To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and closure of escalations.
