| Job Title- Project Manager Location- Rensselaer, New York (5 days onsite) Job Description - Job Summary: The client is currently in the first phase of their project and is looking to hire a Project Manager to work alongside a technical PM to develop and build new process areas. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining user requirements, determining workflow processes, making recommendations for facility improvements, and managing the classification of these processes. This role will serve as a vital support to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope. Key Responsibilities: Lead project management efforts for the build-out of a new facility and processes. Collaborate closely with the technical PM to ensure seamless project execution. Define user design specifications and recommend process improvements. Manage project workflows, ensuring alignment with user needs and facility requirements. Develop and maintain detailed project plans. Conduct regular project reviews and ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget. Present project updates to stakeholders and leadership teams. Work independently while fostering teamwork across cross-functional teams. Job Requirements: Extensive Project Management experience, preferably within a complex, growth-driven environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and develop effective solutions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Demonstrated ability to develop and present content to various audiences. Proven experience in developing and managing project plans from inception to completion. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in drug substance manufacturing is a significant advantage. Familiarity with cell culture processes and industry terminology. Experience with Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) processes. Biopharmaceutical industry experience is a strong plus.
