Project : This is for Bank tech line of business & for an internal knowledge management customer service app that helps 10000 + customer agents to help customers with various queries. This app is part of the pilot program which will use AI to help agent answers all the questions for customers. There are 5 members in the team and 1 of the team member is moving to another project so they are backfilling the position. The day to day responsibilities looks like supporting the app, work on elastic search functionality.
