Position: Oracle Fusion Finance Implementation Location : Atlanta, GA (Onsite) Duration: 24+ Months Visa Requirements : US Citizens (USC) & Green Card Holders (GC), H1B Interview Process : Virtual Interview via MS Teams Video Responsibilities: Program Coordination: Oversee a large-scale program or multiple complex delivery projects. Lead and direct major projects, initiatives, or large project teams. Coordinate with finance teams, IT departments, and external consultants to ensure alignment. Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans, including resources, deliverables, and timelines. Responsible for delivering the initiative plan from conception to implementation. Guide teams to address project challenges efficiently, using insights from previous implementations. System Customization and Configuration: Oversee the customization of the Finance module to meet organizational needs. Ensure financial processes like accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger are properly configured. Testing and Quality Assurance: Develop and execute test plans to ensure system accuracy. Address any issues or bugs that arise during testing. Training and Support: Coordinate training sessions for end-users. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting post-implementation. Change Management: Manage the transition process from legacy systems to the new ERP module. Keep stakeholders informed about progress and changes. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor the Finance module's performance. Implement improvements based on feedback and metrics. Ensure the module meets regulatory and compliance requirements. Skills and Qualifications: Project Management: Strong skills in Agile or Waterfall methodologies. ERP Expertise: 10 to 15 years of Oracle ERP experience. At least 5 years of Oracle Fusion implementation experience with a focus on Finance and SCM. Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Fusion ERP Finance functionalities. Financial Acumen: Knowledge of financial processes and accounting principles. Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Tools and Resources: Oracle Cloud Fusion Documentation for best practices. Project Management Software: Tools like Microsoft Project, Jira, or Quality Center (ALM). Oracles training resources for team preparation.
