Job summary : We are seeking a Sr. Data Engineer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in PySpark, Python, and AWS. This hybrid role requires excellent analytical abilities and a passion for driving business solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Lead the analysis and interpretation of complex data sets to drive business insights and solutions. Oversee the development and implementation of data models using PySpark and Python. Provide expertise in AWS to optimize data storage and processing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and data workflows. Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation Design and execute data queries to support business decision-making. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track project progress and success Facilitate meetings and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders. Support the development of business cases and project plans to achieve strategic objectives. Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on best practices and methodologies. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data analysis capabilities. Contribute to the companys purpose by leveraging data to drive impactful business decisions. Qualifications Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Demonstrate strong proficiency in PySpark and Python for data analysis and modeling Have extensive experience with AWS services for data storage and processing Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Show strong communication and presentation abilities. Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
